How to prepare star anise tea:
Grind 5 star anise seeds until they turn into a coarse powder.
Put the star anise in a cup, then pour hot water over it and add a spoonful of honey to the drink.
The drink is ready after 10 minutes.
It is recommended not to drink more than 3-4 cups of this tea per day.
